　　慢性炎症性脱髓鞘性多发性神经病（Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy,CIDP）是一种以神经为损害目标的疾病，属于慢性获得性脱髓鞘性多发性神经病（ADP）,是发生在大脑和脊髓端的自身免疫性运动感觉性周围神经病。

　　治疗药物

　　静脉注射免疫球蛋白(IVIg)、皮质类固醇、免疫抑制剂、血浆置换术、物理疗法等。

　　1、免疫球蛋白(Immune Globulin，IVIg)

　　大部分患者使用IVIG治疗有效，静脉给药免疫球蛋白（IVIg）是CIDP患者最常见的一线治疗方案。

　　2、皮质类固醇

　　皮质类固醇可单独或与免疫抑制剂联合使用，如：

　　泼尼松（Prednisone）

　　地塞米松（Dexamethasone）

　　3、免疫抑制剂

　　环磷酰胺（Cyclophosphamide，CTX）

　　硫唑嘌呤（Azathioprine，AZA）

　　环孢菌素A（Cyclosporin A）

　　其他
