　　腱鞘巨细胞瘤（Giant cell tumor of tendinous sheath，GCTTS）也称为色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎/腱鞘色素沉着绒毛状肿瘤，是一种原因不明的起源于腱鞘和关节滑膜层的软组织良性病变，发病机制尚不清楚。

　　主要表现为无痛质硬、圆形或椭圆形软组织肿块，约0.5cm～5cm大小，肿块压迫神经时可出现局部疼痛、麻木及关节活动受限。

　　腱鞘巨细胞瘤病发常见于手部，其次为足、踝、膝、髋等。

　　治疗药物

　　Turalio（Pexidartinib）培西达替尼

　　Turalio（Pexidartinib）能够有效抑制集落刺激因子-1受体（CSF1R），用于存在严重的发病率或功能限制且不适合手术改善的症状性腱鞘巨细胞瘤（TGCT）成人患者的治疗。
